Frosty morning
I got a few photos before the breeze blew all the frost off the branches and the grasses.
Bumblin’ bee
I found this little guy walking very slowly—like, look-up-torpor-in-the-dictionary slowly—on the cold concrete floor in my basement. I helped him outside where he could sit in the sun and warm up. About ten minutes later, when I checked, he’d flown off.

Kathleen called at about 3 pm and said, “You should go outside and take some photos of the hoarfrost, since it looks cool right now”.
She was right.
